Monitoring -
We have learned of an issue in the Facebook (Meta) platform that is causing problems when scheduling Facebook posts for future publishing with the Facebook Scheduler. Attempting to schedule these posts results in a "Facebook responded: An unknown error has occurred." error message.
As a workaround, please modify these posts to use the Gain Scheduler. You can do so by switching the "Publishing mode" field in the post editor to "Direct via Gain Scheduler."
You can also switch the default scheduler for the channel by going to the channel settings page, then switching to the Gain Scheduler in the "Scheduling" section. This will change the default setting for any posts created in the future.
We are actively monitoring to see when Meta fixes the issue and will update here.
