Amazon has reported the AWS outage has been resolved. Gain services should be back to normal.

An outage from Amazon's AWS is causing degraded performance in some parts of the Gain web application, including file uploads and conversions, and publishing. Amazon has already identified the issue and is taking steps towards a fix. We will continue monitoring the issue and will update here when Amazon has fully resolved the problem.
